## Overview

Learn the practical methods and strategies of project management theory. This bootcamp includes both our “Level 1” and “Level 2” Project Management classes at a 15% discount.

### Learn The Phases of Project Management

1. Initiation: creating a proposal
2. Planning: setting timelines, creating a budget, and communicating with stakeholders
3. Execution: identifying and addressing issues with regard to project scope, budget, challenges, and risks
4. Monitoring: maintaining project quality through ongoing tasks
5. Closing: completing the project and transferring deliverables

After an overview of the process, we’ll look into each of the phases in greater depth. You’ll receive a slide deck that contains both practical knowledge along with a variety of exercises.

### Waterfall, Critical Path, & Agile

In addition to Waterfall and Critical Path methods of project management, you’ll also get an introduction to Agile Project Management. How is it different from Waterfall? You’ll get an overview popular Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP). Being exposed to different project methodologies will help you see there are different approaches depending on your project’s needs, so you can choose the best management style for different types of projects.
