At the end of Outlook Level I, you'll learn how to add your contacts and create groups.

Outlook Level I is one of two Microsoft Office Outlook classes offered at Career Centers. You'll learn the essentials you need to read and compose an email, manage your calendar, and complete other tasks in Outlook. If you're planning to obtain certification, this course will help you prepare.
