## Overview

In this course you’ll build off the foundation of our Project Management Level 1 class, to complete your understanding of the five stages of project management.

### The Execution, Monitoring, & Closing Phases

Once the project is underway, it’s important for the project manager to ensure things continue to run smoothly, activities get completed on time and within budget. After the project is done, its time to wrap things up and track the lessons learned for the benefit of future projects.

### Budgets, Resources, & Risk

Learn to work with budgets and costs, managing limited resources, and estimating/tracking activity costs to ensure the project remains within its budget.

### Intro to Agile

Lastly, you’ll get an introduction to Agile Project Management. How is it different from Waterfall? You’ll get an overview of popular Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP). Being exposed to different project methodologies will help you see there are different approaches depending on your project’s needs, so you can choose the best management style for different types of projects.
